Gisela Riba Di Spigno is a well seasoned executive
and business consultant specializing in leadership and change management.
She draws on over three decades of experience at IBM and possesses
a wide range of diversified global experience in management, sales,
and negotiations. Her executive experience at IBM includes reorganizing
and managing a team of multi-country resources as Director of Contracts
and Negotiations for the Americas. As Program Director, Global Strategic
Relations, she managed relationships with some of IBMs largest
competitors. She is recognized for resolving complex situations
and delivering solutions that enhance client relationships. Gisela
has served as Chair of the Board of the National Latino Education
Institute, a Board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
and as Chair of the Development Committee and current member of
the Board of the Loyola University Museum of Art and the Loyola
Cuba Project Steering Committee. She is a frequent guest speaker
on topics such as leadership, globalization, and business transformation.
She is fluent in Spanish, French, Italian and Catalán and
has worked extensively with clients in South America, Canada, Europe
and Asia. She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern
University, B.A. from Mundelein College of Loyola University and
is a graduate of the Executive Program on Leading Change & Organizational
Renewal from the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University.
