Kathryn is a psychologist with an extensive background in the fields of organizational and clinical psychology. She has a proven track record of directing performance management, succession planning, stress reduction, communication, managing change and diversity interventions. Dr. Wheeler has served as a group leader to maximize the integration of post-merger executive resources. She is a recognized specialist in observing and interacting with groups and individuals during "real time" work sessions to create organizational synergy. Dr. Wheeler's expertise includes high-performance coaching, group facilitation and team building. She is a catalyst in assisting client companies in carefully separating real from perceived problems and then developing working options to maximize business opportunities.
