Kathryn
J. Wheeler, Ph.D. Vice President, Executive Development
Kathryn is a psychologist with an extensive background
in the fields of organizational and clinical psychology. She has
a proven track record of directing performance management, succession
planning, stress reduction, communication, managing change and diversity
interventions. Dr. Wheeler has served as a group leader to maximize
the integration of post-merger executive resources. She is a recognized
specialist in observing and interacting with groups and individuals
during "real time" work sessions to create organizational
synergy. Dr. Wheeler's expertise includes high-performance coaching,
group facilitation and team building. She is a catalyst in assisting
client companies in carefully separating real from perceived problems
and then developing working options to maximize business opportunities.
Her collegial, professional style allows her to establish productive
working relationships with professionals from the plant floor to
the executive suite. Her client engagement experience encompasses
manufacturing, health care, financial services, construction and
